Experience working on metal and/or tile roofs
Enjoy setting goals and working toward their achievement
An understanding of the roofing business and it's processes
A Trade background or history

You will need a proven work record.
You will need a solid work ethic.
You will need a current drivers licence and vehicle.
You may be currently employed and really want to be self employed and have all the benefits of what that entails, but not want to deal with all the other demands of running a business.
