How much DOES IT COST?
We get asked this question everyday. Every roof is different and unique so we treat them this way by inspecting each roof before suggesting and recommending any works or pricing.
I want to “seal” my roof
When we do a roof restoration, we are not “sealing” your roof like a magic tarp, any rust holes or leak concerns need to be repaired before coating as simply coating a roof will not stop leaks. We don’t carry out patch repairs, all our works are carried out in accordance with QBCC guidelines.
What is a roof restoration?
A roof restoration is when we want to extend the life of your current roof whilst keeping your family safe. A lot of roofs leak due to a lack of maintenance, so before any coatings are applied we need to carry out any repairs correctly. We don’t do patch repairs such as applying fiberglass over rust holes or glueing tiles back together like other companies, we repair the damage correctly changing out the sheets or tiles, screws or pointing or whatever the issue may be. We then coat the roof to extend the life of the roof surface and giving you peace of mind.
whats involved when you do a reroof?
A reroof is no longer just simply changing the roof sheets, we need to carry out new cyclonic upgrades particularly if your house was built prior to 1984 to help make your biggest asset and more importantly you family safer in the event of a cyclone.
what if i have solar panels on my roof?
There are a couple of options available in regards to solar panels including solar hot water units, sometimes it just depends on what works are required on your roof.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO INSPECT MY ROOF?
We offer a thorough inspection of your roof for free, all we ask for is an hour or so of your time to allow us to get on your roof to inspect it, take some photos of what is happening up there and then sit down with you to discuss your options available.
