Different Roofs

Every roof is different is what we have found in all our years of experience inspecting roofs in North Queensland. Obviously there are the different types of materials such as metal sheets in Zinc, Galvanised or Colorbond, concrete tiles, terracotta tiles, decramastic tiles, asbestos sheets, alloy sheets along with a few others. Even two houses side by side built at the same time can be in a different state of condition which can be due to different colour, different installers, proximity to trees, previous maintenance or lack thereof and orientation to the sun just to name a few. This is why it is always a good idea to have your roof inspected so you know what is happening with your roof. You don’t want to leave yourself and your family exposed if insurance deem that you haven’t done your side of the insurance agreement by maintaining your property.
